POMODORO TO MANAGE YOUR WORK.

Pomodoro is a technique in which we break our task in bits. As researchers say that our mind can only concentrate on a certain thing for 20 minutes so this technique helps in refreshing our mind.

In this , we work for 25 minutes and then take 3 to 5 minutes short break and can have some relaxation. Then again work for 25 minutes and have something like some food. A cup of tea or coffee is for sure a good option.Repeat the above mentioned twice time more. And after that you can have a big reward for yourself. Have a interval for 30 minutes or more.

Many people have used this technique and they found it beneficial. I personally used this technique to complete my online course.I divided the time in 4 parts. Between that I have little conversations with my family.

In this way, I have completed my course in 2 hours. Otherwise it may take more time as i always waste time in doing some other work.

I like using this technique as it saves time, keep my mind fresh and I did my work within estimated time.I will surely use this technique in my future as it is highly useful. Use pomodoro and see the magic.
